Grass-fed Sirloin Steak, 1-1/4"

There are no fewer than TEN varieties of sirloin steaks!  (11 if you count the Sirloin Strip aka New York Strip, which we're not doing here).  If you care to differentiate, there are sirloins with Pin, Flat, Round or Wedge bones, Top Baseball cuts, Top Caps, Top Butts, Bottom Butt Tri-tips, Bottom Butt Ball Tips, and Bottom Butt Flat steaks.  The good news here is that most people enjoy all of these steaks, unless you prefer the bone-in or boneless status.  You just can't go wrong with a sirloin.  Good choice!
